theBalm Cindy Lou Manizer Review - Strobing
Any of you loves strobing? Strobing technique is so famous few months ago and I think the concept is similar like Korean makeup dewy look that makes your skin looks healthy and glowing. Great base is the key to achieve flawless look and western makeup style is all about countouring and highlight. I do love contouring because it can makes your face looks smaller and makes my nose bridge taller but only when I go to special occasion not for daily because I think it's not very natural and I don't wear heavy makeup everyday. Even I mostly go out bare face-ing haha.

Same here! I already use theBalm Cindy-Lou Manizer for months and I really love it, just like her sister theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer.
You can use them to achieve strobing makeup look because it's all about highlight and no countouring needed.

I used small fan brush to apply Cindy Lou Manizer. It gives dewy healthy finish and makes you looks naturally blushing with the slightly warm pink colour. The shade is suitable for all skin tone because it's neutral.

theBalm Cindy Lou Manizer is highly pigmented and contains a lot of shimmer. You can use this with or without face powder because it easily blends on skin and not cakey.

Bellow I used theBalm Cindy Lou Manizer on my cheek bone.
By the way I'm not countouring my jaw line and just apply a little bronzer but it looks really deep, I don't know why haha.
Even though it has pink color when applied it only gives you a pink-toned glow and you still need blush on to keep that pale skin away.
If you're looking a highlighter especially for strobing makeup, consider Cindy Lou or Mary Lou Manizer. You won't regret buying this! :)
